Newborn Craniosacral Therapy in Utah
Gentle & Compassionate Touch, Deep Healing for Infants

Craniosacral Therapy for Babies in Utah
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is deeply restorative work, especially for babies who aren’t acting like themselves. If your infant experiences colic, difficulty sleeping, latching problems during breastfeeding, reflux, tongue or lip ties, or other related issues, a holistic approach towards healing is available to you. As a parent, you may feel frustrated or powerless when your little one isn’t at ease, but my newborn craniosacral therapy practice in Utah is a gentle support to help bring peace and balance back to your baby’s body. During your baby’s craniosacral therapy session, I work to release tension that may be keeping them from feeling like their self, helping restore ease in their body and deepening the connection you share.
My gentle, calming approach has helped several parents reconnect with their infants and rediscover who their baby is beneath the tension—peaceful, attuned, and full of life. Trained by the Upledger Institute, my craniosacral therapy practice for babies is trusted by many in Salt Lake City and West Jordan, Utah. Relief & Lasting Comfort for Your Newborn
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, relaxing modality that helps release tension and restrictions in your baby’s body, supporting relief from common discomforts and promoting overall well-being. For babies who have birth trauma, attachment issues, tongue ties, sleep disturbances, or other similar struggles, CST is a holistic approach to healing and greater ease.
How Does it Work?
During a craniosacral therapy session for babies in Utah, I use a gentle touch, applying no more pressure than the weight of a nickel, to your infant’s head, neck, and body, helping to release tension within the craniosacral system. As a trained craniosacral facilitator, I know how to locate and gently release areas of restriction, supporting nervous system regulation and comfort. Sessions typically last up to an hour, and many infants, whether newborn or a year old, become deeply relaxed, sometimes drifting off to sleep during treatment.
