HEY THERE—MY NAME IS
GAIL WALKER
i believe in the power of the human body
With over a decade of holistic experience, I have seen first hand the body’s ability to heal itself when we give it what it needs to repair.
I recently left my busy practice in Southern California for the mountains. I love the outdoors, so naturally Utah has no been the perfect home for all my hobbies (marathons, backpacking, skiing, kayaking, camping, etc).
let’s begin your journey
I approach each individual not as one who comes with specific issues, but as a whole—the mind, body and spirit play an equal part in contributing factors of our state of health. I see your wholeness and treat your wholeness. And you feel it.
If you are ready to commit to your healing process, I will commit to helping you get there, so you can feel like a whole human being again—living fully in the present, pain-free.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY IS A GENTLE, LIGHT–TOUCH, HANDS–ON THERAPY.
With no more than five grams of pressure, it measures, tracks, monitors and gently manipulates the cerebrospinal fluid, releasing restrictions that show up in the body as dysfunction.
in effect, it “resets” the central nervous system by releasing restrictions
The same way a circuit breaker is shut off then on again.
Another benefit of this therapy is trauma release.
ANOTHER BENEFIT OF THIS THERAPY IS SOMATOEMOTIONAL (TRAUMA) RELEASE.
